Space Booking Guidelines

1. Library rooms booking is strictly available for the campus users only.
2. Campus user can only access Space Booking System while on campus network.
3. Login using Campus ID and password.  (Note: visit https://id.xmu.edu.my if you forgotten your Campus ID password.)
4. Each user will be allowed to book only one(1) time slot per day.
5. After cancellation, you can try to book another room based on availability.
6. The room booking slot is non-transferable among users.
7. The user who made the booking must be present in the room during the allotted time slot.
8. Users are kindly reminded to diligently adhere to the rules and regulations when booking the library rooms.

Note:

• You can only access to this system via campus network.
• For booking meeting rooms or other facilities on office buildings, please visit XMUM Room Reservation
