XMDrive is designed specifically to meet the needs of existing campus users academic and department s’ file collaboration usage, and as a replacement solution following the Microsoft 365 Storage Policy restriction and upcoming change since 1st August 2024.
XMDrive offers improved data security and can be accessed from in or out of campus. So, start accessing to XMDrive via https://box.xmu.edu.my and login using your Campus ID and Campus ID Password
All campus users can access to Microsoft 365 Outlook, Microsoft 365 Service such as Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, 1GB of cloud storage in Microsoft 365 OneDrive and other valuable Cloud services.
You may save your academic related files and data in Microsoft 365 OneDrive and access them from any device and anywhere.
For all campus email users, you can use the Microsoft 365 OneDrive storage, a Microsoft cloud storage service that lets you store your personal files in one place, share them with others, and get to them from any device connected to the Internet.
Overall, the Microsoft 365 storage has been reduced to 1GB currently following the new Microsoft 365 Storage Policy Change in 2024.
